Shades of Comfort Limited was formed almost twenty years ago by Tony Peters and Barrie Evans.
Once the indoor smoking ban came in, there was suddenly a need for the hospitality industry to have high-quality canopies and umbrellas to protect their clientele outside the premises. Not only did they have to look good, but they had to stand up to the rigours of the inclement weather in the United Kingdom.
During the last twenty years, the team has worked with some of the biggest names in the hospitality industry such as Whitbread and Admiral Taverns – and we’re really proud to be the sole supplier of awnings for the coffee chain Costa.
It doesn’t stop there, though. As well as working with a great roster of clients in the hospitality industry, we also work with a wide variety of other customers in a broad range of industry sectors – all of who need to create fantastic outdoor spaces for their clients and customers but recognise the need for quality installations that stand the test of time.
